We provide comprehensive advisory services in classical sell-side mandates as well as buy-side investments and acquisitions. We assist in identifying strategic target companies, manage transaction negotiations with a strong focus on protecting our clients’ interests, and support the successful execution of agreements from both a business and financial perspective.

  • We support our clients with their purchase intentions from the identification of the target company to the signing of the purchase and sale agreement and, if required, we also help them to develop an integration strategy at the end of the transaction.
  • Our portfolio of products includes business valuations and financial and business due diligence to serve and support our clients throughout the entire transaction.
  • We also have extensive experience in managing cross-border projects thanks to our global network of contacts.
  • We support our clients with the intention to sell, from the identification of potential buyers to the signing of the purchase and sale agreement and, if required, we also help to develop an integration strategy at the end of the transaction.
  • Thanks to our global network of contacts, we can identify potential customers on an international level. We have completed a number of international sales of companies and have extensive experience in managing cross-border projects.
  • Raising capital entails a partial transfer of ownership, so we carry out many of the tasks that are part of the company sale process on behalf of the existing owner. At the same time, some potential investors are specifically looking for target companies in which they can raise capital not only to acquire an equity stake, but also to gain a valuable ownership partnership.
