Alexandra Bálint

Alexandra is an M&A expert with diverse experience, a former BIG4 consultant background, and more than 8 years of experience in the industry. She has participated in numerous domestic and cross-border transactions throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategic structuring and due diligence processes to the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements and closing tasks. In her work, she has supported clients on both the buyer and seller sides, and has also been involved in post-acquisition integration support tasks and project management on the investor side. Alexandra graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in economics, specializing in finance and accounting.
