Feasibility Studies

By project valuation we mean when we want to evaluate a business opportunity that is not yet operational. Typically, these are business opportunities that are likely to be profitable following the implementation of some new investment, for example start-ups or even the launch of a new product.

Project evaluation requires the competences used for business evaluation and business modelling. Furthermore, it requires specific knowledge to build and evaluate the business model of a project that is not yet proven in the market. Here there are no available historical data and financial information from competitors for comparison.

In such a situation, the expert has to do the market research himself, develop the contextual framework of the possible business model and find the best estimation procedures for each key indicator. Which is an extremely unstructured task and that is exactly why we like it.
