With a view to potentially acquiring a minority stake in the Sircle Group, Diófa engaged us to prepare a company valuation, provide transaction advice and coordinate the negotiation of SPA, JVA, etc. contracts and the business and financial due diligence of the Target Group. The latter included a detailed business plan (per operating unit).
