    We get to know the owner's situation, discuss their objectives and ideas for the sale. We value the company and estimate a realistic purchase price on the market.

    We make proposals for the timeframe and tasks involved in preparing for the sale and on the ownership structure that is appropriate and efficient for the sale.
  • Investors
    We identify potential investor candidates and prepare investment prospectuses, which will allow potential candidates to make an indicative offer to the owner.
  • Due diligence and contract process
    We coordinate due diligence so that selected investors can ascertain the true state of the business. We lead contract negotiations with prospective investors and serve the informational needs of investors' financiers.
  • Follow-up
    Once the contract has been signed, we follow up on the progress and fulfilment of the obligations in the contract to ensure that the purchase price is paid in full and ownership is transferred to the new owner.
