   We gather available public information on the target company, analyse the industry, the target company's markets and competitors. We assess the target company and determine the value range within which we consider it worth bidding. We prepare the indicative offer.
• Due diligence
   We carry out due diligence on companies, which may include financial, legal, tax, technological, real estate or other professional due diligence. For legal and tax due diligence, we can engage a partner law firm, tax advisor or audit specialists if required.
• Structuring
   We support our investing partners in raising the necessary funds. We have the right expertise to approach banks, request offers and lead loan negotiations. We also lead contract negotiations and make recommendations on how to manage the risks identified in the due diligence.
• Contract process
   Once the contracts have been signed, we ensure that the commitments made are fulfilled by the parties, support the preparation of the loan applications and participate in the closing event.
• Follow-up
   Throughout the process, we monitor the company's performance, the market and relevant economic events to ensure that there are no unpleasant surprises for the buyer either before or after the purchase price is paid.
